OAME: In a few weeks, on Friday November 1, the annual OAME Leadership Conference will take place in Brampton. Speaking to the theme, Paying Attention to Leadership in Mathematics, are Natasha Henry, Marian Small, Doug Duff, Nat Banting, and others.
Also from OAME, session proposals are being accepted from now until October 31 for the OAME Annual Conference which will be held on May 7th and 8th at OntarioTech University in Oshawa. Visit http://oame.on.ca/mcis/ to submit your proposal. For more information, go to OAME 2020.
OCMA: Join the OCMA on November 16th at Markham Campus, Seneca College to explore trends, concerns, and successes on how to engage and retain young women in STEM related disciplines. Past and current college educators will gather to have a frank discussion about how to ensure STEM is accessible and inclusive for all students. CMS: Winter meeting is hosted by York University, and is taking place at the Chelsea hotel, in downtown Toronto, from 6-9 December 2019.
