Comparing Combination Therapies with Oncolytic Viruses in a Simple Mathematical Framework

Abstract:
Here, we first consider a basic mathematical model of oncolytic viral therapy that incorporates the effects of the immune system. We then use mathematical modeling to compare the relative impact of combining oncolytic virotherapy with other treatments to see whether the combination demonstrates greater success than either treatment alone.
