Changes in educational paradigms are occurring with the aim to improve equitable access to educational opportunities. In Ontario, two such changes are on the horizon with the online learning needs / opportunities evoked by the pandemic and the upcoming shift toward de-streaming in secondary school.  What questions, problems, or concerns need to be at the forefront of educators’ (and policy makers’) attention to advance progress in equity, diversity, and inclusion, while navigating these changes.
